Receipts?Just take a photo.
As an optional extra, charged separately, we also offer a bookkeeping app for Japan's blue tax return. Snap a receipt with your phone: the app reads the date, amount and shop, suggests the account category and adds it to your books. Only the unclear ones are left for you to check, which takes a few minutes.
Built for sole proprietors. No more boxes of receipts at tax time. If family or staff help out, each person can add receipts from their own phone.
This is software for organizing your own books. Suggested categories are only a guide. We do not provide tax advice, prepare tax documents or file returns (that is the work of a licensed tax accountant).
