(COOKIE POLICY)
Cookiepolicy
This page lists the cookies and browser storage used by the enovadora.com website and the app.enovadora.com system, and the external services that receive data when you open our pages. This is a translation; if there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser to remember you between visits (for example, to keep you signed in). Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way but stays only on your device.
2. Cookies and storage we use
We only use what is strictly necessary for the website and the system to work securely. We do not use advertising, analytics or social media cookies, so the site does not show a cookie consent banner.
- __Host-nucleo (necessary cookie, only on app.enovadora.com). Purpose: keep you signed in to the dashboard, the client portal and the bookkeeping app. Duration: until you sign out, and at most 30 days. Sent only over a secure connection (HTTPS), cannot be read by scripts and is not sent to other sites.
- __cf_bm and cf_clearance (necessary cookies from Cloudflare, Inc.). Purpose: tell people from bots and block unauthorized access. Duration: 30 minutes. Only created when the protection needs to check the visit.
- enovadora-chat (browser storage, localStorage). Purpose: continue the website chat conversation when you come back to the page. Duration: until you clear the site data in your browser.
3. Data sent to external services
When you open our pages, your browser sends information to the services below (notice required by Article 27-12 of Japan's Telecommunications Business Act):
- Google Fonts (Google LLC, USA). Data sent: IP address, browser type and the address of the page visited. Purpose: display the fonts. Privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Data sent: IP address, browser type, address of the page visited and date and time of access. Purpose: protect the connection, block unauthorized access and make the site faster. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
Links to Instagram, LinkedIn and other networks only send data to those companies if you click them.
4. How to refuse or delete
You can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. Because they are all necessary, signing in, bot protection and chat continuity may stop working.
5. Changes and contact
If we start using any non-essential cookie, we will ask for your consent first and update this page. Questions: [email protected]. See also our Privacy policy.
